All Fortyluv products are made to order — just for you! That means less waste and more love in every piece.

Processing time:
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and packed.

Delivery times:

• UK: 3–5 business days after processing

• EU: 5–10 business days

• Rest of World: 7–15 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods or promotional launches.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If something’s not right, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email], and include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A short description of the problem

We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your size and colour selections before placing your order — as each item is printed on demand, we can't resell returned goods.

🌍 Returns for EU Customers

If you're ordering from the EU, please note:

As our products are made to order and customised at the time of purchase, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

That means we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing — unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We’re always happy to help with any issues. Just get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
