At Fortyluv, some products ship directly from our UK base while others are made to order just for you and will come directly from our factory. If your order includes both, items may arrive separately. We'll send tracking details for each shipment so you're always in the loop.

Not happy with your order? You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
Return shipping: As a small independent brand, return shipping costs are covered by you. We recommend using a tracked service.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
International orders: We can only accept returns on faulty or damaged items.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days back to your original payment method.
